Our precise dry powder filling system based on quantitative fluidization can be used for filling a minimum of 25μg per does while our precise dry powder filling system based on volume quantification can be used for filling a minimum 200μg per does. Inhal helps clients achieve accuracy and reproducibility in small-does filing for capsules, blister and storage-type inhaler, as well as for other dry powder mixtures and formulations.

Technical Advantage


Ningbo Inhal innovatively applies the fluidized bed technology to the quantitative packaging of ultra-fine powder for pure powder without excipients particularly. It uses technologies protected with independent intellectual property rights (Patent ZL02825232.2), including the rotating fluidized bed, auxiliary fluidization technology, alternate switching of gas distributors, fluidized bed walls and gas discharge ceilings, to obtain uniform and fully fluidized gas-solid suspensions, and pass the gas-solid suspension while maintaining the density and shape of the gas-solid suspensions. The method of constant volume or constant flow rate realizes accurate powder measurement. This innovation keeps the fluidization uniformity of gas-solid suspended matter higher than 95%, quantifies 25-2000 micrograms per does, and keeps the average error below 7.5%.

For powder prescriptions with excipients, we mix the ultra-fine powder with a large amount (80-90%) of 50-200 micron coarse particles of carriers (carriers) to increase its fluidity and make it easy to pack, mix, and transmission. We have also developed the filling of multi-dose blisters in the range of 200μg-200 mg. The relative error can be kept below 5.0%.
